Social officers are responsible for motivating their team, planning social events, connecting with campus organizations, promoting school spirit, serving as community ambassadors and so much more. Our curriculum is designed with personalized, hands-on training that will inspire your officers to fulfill their leadership roles, igniting passion among your team. Trendsetters Officer Camp offers Leadership curriculum that is interactive and engaging. We don’t just focus on what a good leader is, but HOW and what ACTIONS your dancers need to take to become the best leaders possible for your team. Throughout camp, dance and social officer lines will learn, share and work together on team goal setting and an action plan to make their vision a reality. We also do team bonding activities that are fun and can be taken back to your team to be used throughout the year. Trendsetters goal is to train your students to problem solve, work together and challenge them to be the leaders that will take your team to the next level. TrendSetters Dance is passionately committed to offering dance officers a rigorous curriculum that encompasses leadership, dance technique and performance opportunities. We strive to create a learning environment that allows dancers to continuously grow into officers that will lead their teams with confidence and compassion. TrendSetters goal is to teach leadership skills that will not only be helpful during their high school career but ensure their success in their future endeavors. Testimonial TrendSetters Officer camp is pertinent to our officer and social leadership training. Every year our dancers leave camp feeling prepared and excited to engage with their team and achieve all of their goals. The Social Curriculum is incredibly hands-on and allows for each program to work on their program's needs; no busy work. They learn valuable communication and organizational skills all while being pushed to think outside the box. The dance curriculum is constantly evolving. The technical rigor and artistic training are fine-tuned and reinforced by all staff in a positive and uplifting manner. I love how director feedback is applied throughout and the needs of the ever-evolving competitive dance team world are considered when creating their director, social, and dance officer camp curriculum. Each year my dancers are challenged because no two years are alike. Schedule, format, itinerary, focus, activities, curriculum, and engagement are always different. The evaluations are purposeful and the camaraderie built between the different schools is magical. The final showcase and encore performances take your breath away. Every dancer leaves with confidence, poise, knowledge, and great tools to confidently handle any situation.
