Our curriculum is designed with personalized, hands-on training that will inspire your officers to fulfill their leadership roles, igniting passion among your team. Trendsetters Officer Camp offers Leadership curriculum that is interactive and engaging. We don’t just focus on what a good leader is, but HOW and what ACTIONS your dancers need to take to become the best leaders possible for your team. Throughout camp, dance and social officer lines will learn, share and work together on team goal setting and an action plan to make their vision a reality. We also do team bonding activities that are fun and can be taken back to your team to be used throughout the year. Trendsetters goal is to train your students to problem solve, work together and challenge them to be the leaders that will take your team to the next level.
